Return Policy

We pride ourselves in making all of our custom items and products by hand to ship out to you. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business and the fact hat every single item is hand made to order, all sales are final, and we cannot offer you a refund.

However, if your product is damaged during shipping or at any point on its way to your door, we will be happy to replace or refurbish it for you at no additional charge. If your item was damaged in transit, please call or e-mail info@woodchuckusa.com!

these flasks look so nuce and they are a great price for what you get. The openoing is very small, it can pour if you do it intentionally, but it wont splash out and it does require a little suction to get a sip right out of the flask. -They are really quality though. My hubby and I will have them for a long time.

I wasn’t credited $5.00 for my purchase. The clipboard is not as long as I would like. I was unable to find the size clipboard I wanted on the website. The clipboard I received is what I requested. It was a Christmas gift and was well received.
