Return Policy

We pride ourselves in making all of our custom items and products by hand to ship out to you. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business and the fact hat every single item is hand made to order, all sales are final, and we cannot offer you a refund.

However, if your product is damaged during shipping or at any point on its way to your door, we will be happy to replace or refurbish it for you at no additional charge. If your item was damaged in transit, please call or e-mail info@woodchuckusa.com!

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

Beautiful personalized journal

I ordered a cedar covered journal for my husband for Christmas and it turned out beautifully! The special touch that woodchuck adds is being able to personalize your items, so I put my husband's name on the front. I also love how you can choose lined or blank paper in these journals, since it's hard to find blank paged journals (a deal-breaker for my husband!) Thank you Woodchuck for creating personalized options for unique gifts!

I finally got the lovely cedar box 2 days ago. It sat in North Carolina for almost 2 weeks. The personalization was great! Except I had hoped it would have had all the information on it that I wanted. I had sent an email with time of birth, height, weight, etc. but it wasn’t included on the box. My daughter said what was on it was fine. Thank you.
