Very poor customer service.

Very poor return resolution.
All I wanted since day one was a single Solid One Piece of Maple wood cutting board. Not a laminated (glued) together cutting board. (PS: they have to by law apply a food grade sealant to the cutting boards to prevent splintering) I’m ok with that. I don’t want glue!
December 12, Order Initiated.
December 28th, Order Returned.
January 27th, Replacement was laminated after being very clear I wanted a solid one piece Maple cutting board.
January 30th, Replacement returned.
Multiple emails back and forth about getting a solid wood cutting board but no resolution and still waiting on replacement.
66 DAYS LATER!!
Feb 16th, asked for refund.
Only got partial refund as they deducted for shipping of replacements.
Why should I be responsible for incurring their cost of being inadequate and continually shipping a laminated cutting board when all I wanted was an unglued solid one piece of Maple?
I ordered the maple cutting board and couldn't be happier. It's simple, yet beautiful. It feels great to cut my food on wood now versus plastic too. I'm very happy with my purchase 😊.
